*Orders placed before 1:00 EST are guaranteed to ship same day.  Orders after this time may ship next business day.  The store is open Monday through Friday.  Any orders placed between 1:00 PM EST Friday to 7:00 AM EST Monday will be shipped on Monday.

Customer Service Information


OEM electrical components and torque converters are the only products covered by warranty.

If there is an issue with your product and you would like a warranty replacement, please respond to your confirmation email.  Have your sales order or receipt number ready.

Warranties are only valid for exchange.  No credit will be issued for a warranty request.

Warranties only cover the cost of the product purchased.  No other part replacement or labor refunds will be granted.

 Payment Options

Currently we are only accepting payment via credit card for our web sales department.  We accept all major credit cards.

Credit card payments without a matching billing zip code or CVV code will be voided. 


We currently ship via UPS only.  You may select the speed of service you would like for your delivery.

Shipping is only available for the United States and Canada.

 Sales Tax

Orders shipped within NYS will be charged 8.75% sales tax on all orders.  

Orders shipping outside NYS will not be charged sales tax.

If you have a business and would like to use your tax ID, please call our transmission department and order via phone so your company may be added to our system.

 Returns & Exchanges

Returns on new parts are only authorized for unopened, unused components.  Please respond to your sales order email, or call our office at (716) 893-2661.  Please have sales order number or receipt number ready.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on every returned product.  All shipping costs related to delivery and return of shipment will be deducted from your return.

Returns are only acceptable within 30 days of purchase.  We reserve the right to deny any return claims after this period.

No returns will be accepted on used components.  If the product is broken upon receipt, you may request a credit for the part, or an exchange for the same part.

No returns will be accepted on opened products for any reason other than component failure, which must be documented in your return request.

 Damaged Shipments or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect please respond to your confirmation email within 48 hours of receipt.

 Price Changes

Buffalo Engine Components reserves the right to change and price or policy at our discretion.

 Core Charges & Policies

Core charges are charged on all torque converter sales.  The core charge is dependent on the market price for each individual core.  

We do not currently offer core pickups at this time.

 Hard Parts

Hard parts are checked good used.  These hard parts are not tested.

Please check the assembly of all internal components before installing.  We do not guarantee all internal components are present and assembled correctly during shipping.
